OnePlus is set to launch its new Android TV OnePlus TV (OnePlus TV 40Y1) in India. The company said in a tweet that it will launch the TV on May 24 at 12 noon. The tv sales will start on this day. The tv can be purchased by the company from the official website OnePlus.in. The company has earlier launched OnePlus TV 32Y1 and 43Y1 in India. They were 32 and 43 inches in size. The company says upcoming OnePlus TV 40Y1 is the series between the previous models. It will be 40 inches in size.

the price of OnePlus TV 43Y1 is Rs 26,999 in India. The new TV 40Y1 is expected to cost Rs 22,999. At present, OnePlus TV 32Y1 is available in the country for Rs 15,999 and 43 inch screen TV for Rs 26,999. The new TV can be launched at a price less than 43 inch TV.

OnePlus has also released the teaser of the TV which will have a 64 bit processor in the OnePlus TV 40Y1 and an Android 9 based Oxygen Play operating system. Users will also get automatic reminders of latest TV shows and movies through the integrated content calendar in the new TV.
