The court has also approved the demands of Flat Honors, which do not increase the maintenance fees of the residents of the First Avenue Society of Gaur City-1 in Greater Noida West. Additional District Magistrate (Administration) has ordered the builder to decide the rate of maintenance fee in association with the residents. The Society’s Apartment Honors Association (AOA) had complained to the District Magistrate regarding raising the maintenance charges. The association accused the builder that the builder reduced facilities even after raising fees during the Corona epidemic. Society residents are very happy with this decision.
The AOA of the First Avenue Society of Gaur City-1 had complained to DM Suhas LY in this regard some time back. The complaint said that due to Corona, all people are facing financially financial crisis. But the builder meanwhile increased the maintenance fee of the society from Rs 1.25 to Rs 1.44 and then increased it to Rs 2. The builder has not made any improvement in basic facilities after raising the fee. On the contrary, the builder has also closed many facilities.
The ADM administration heard the matter on the complaint of the residents. ADM Diwakar Singh, after hearing the arguments of both the parties, has ordered the builder to decide the rate of maintenance fee with the residents. Residents are quite happy since this decision. Residents say a copy of the order has been sent via e-mail to the builder. The ADM, in the judgment, prohibited the builder from charging maintenance charges at increased rates. But residents say that the builder is not following the ADM’s decision.
